About

As a professional full-time nurse with nearly 30 years of experience, Ann has dedicated her life to caring for others. However, as she entered the menopausal stage, she found herself questioning the purpose of her own journey. Treating patients became routine, and she yearned for a deeper connection and a better way to help women who were going through similar experiences.

It was during conversations with her colleagues and friends that she discovered the alarming lack of support available for menopausal women. She firmly believes that no one should suffer alone during this transformative phase of life. This realisation ignited a passion within her to step forward and provide the support, guidance, and empowerment that women in this stage of life deserve.

Driven by her determination to make a difference, Ann sought further knowledge and training. She had the privilege of training under Sally Earlam, a renowned expert in reflexology for menopause. Her teachings, particularly the concept of the five pillars of a healthy menopause, deeply resonated with Ann.

In her pursuit of continuous growth and knowledge, Ann became a member of the International Menopause Society. This membership has allowed her to learn more about menopause and moving forward will actively engage in research and studies regarding menopause, sharing and seeking valuable information to better serve her clients.

Over the course of two years, she immersed herself in comprehensive training in reflexology, honing her skills and expanding her expertise. Recognising the importance of a holistic approach to well-being, she also added Indian Head massage to her repertoire of therapies.

Ann’s passion lies in exploring holistic approaches to prevent and minimise stress, understanding the profound impact that it can have on our overall health. By integrating diet, nutrition, and chakra healing into her practice, she strives to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to wellness.

Reflexology

Foot reflexology is a therapeutic practice that focuses on applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet. These reflex points correspond to different organs, systems, and parts of the body. Therapists use their hands, fingers, and thumbs to apply gentle pressure to these points.

Ann’s reflexology sessions target both physical and energetic imbalances, providing deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep, and overall balance.

Benefits of Reflexology

Improved Sleep: This therapy can alleviate insomnia and improve sleep quality by targeting reflex points related to relaxation and sleep.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a specialised form of massage that combines various techniques, including kneading, stroking, and acupressure to release tension and promote relaxation in the upper body. It focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders and is performed while you are seated and fully clothed, making it easily accessible and convenient for anyone seeking a revitalising escape from their daily routine.

Indian Head Massage complements reflexology by releasing tension, improving circulation, and enhancing well-being. With its rich history rooted in Ayurvedic traditions, this holistic therapy offers a rejuvenating experience that promotes relaxation and enhances overall well-being.

Benefits of Indian Head Massage
Relaxation & Stress Relief: Indian Head Massage provides deep relaxation, easing tension and promoting a sense of calm. It helps alleviate stress and anxiety, allowing you to find a moment of tranquillity in the midst of a busy life.
Relief from Headaches & Migraines: By targeting specific pressure points and releasing muscular tension in the head and neck area, Indian Head Massage can provide relief from headaches and migraines. It helps to improve blood circulation and reduce discomfort.
