We are Holistic Products Ireland, also doing busy as Amber (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Ireland. We operate the website https://holisticproductsireland.com (“the Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”, collectively “the Services”). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: 1. all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; 2. you will maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update as needed; 3. you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; 4. you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; 5. you will not use the Services in any illegal or unauthorised way, and nor will you use the Services in such a way that would violate any laws or regulation in the appropriate jurisdiction.

If you chose to register on the Site, you agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine that said username is inappropriate, offensive, etc.

4. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. Also, your physical or electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual details of said products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock, even if the Site claims them to be. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change, as are their depictions and listed details.

5. PURCHASES & PAYMENT

We accept at least the following forms of payment through the reputable company of Stripe:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases on the Site. You also agree to promptly keep up to date any account or payment information, including email addresses, payment methods, and credit/debit card expiration dates. All payments should be in Euros if possible. Payment via phone is not possible.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for the given amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may limit, cancel, or refund quantities purchased per person or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

6. RETURN POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel any order you make for any item if you fail our validation or security checks, as well for any other reason. If your payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund. Also, you have the right to cancel any order you make for any product purchased through our online store for a full refund, so long as the refund is requested before the order has been shipped. No order can be refunded in full once shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@holisticproductsireland.com within 7 working days of receiving your order. If you decide or are asked to ship your order back to us as part of the refund/exchange process, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. There is no guarantee that these costs will be compensated by us.

Holistic Products Ireland makes diligent effort to wrap, package, and ship every order as safely as possible. However, if a gift arrives damaged or there is some form of discrepancy, we will make every effort to resolve the problem in a timely manner and to your, satisfaction. Refunds and credits will be at our sole discretion. All claims must be issued in writing by post or e-mail info@holisticproductsireland.com. Via phone is not accepted.

Should an item in your order break some time in the future, there is no guarantee we can offer a refund. We cannot guarantee the lifelong use of any product advertised here.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

While there is much to said about natural healing and holistic therapies, our products should never be used as a substitute for traditional medical treatment. None of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, disease, or otherwise ailment.

The information provided about products is collected, written, and sometimes borrowed with care for educational and research purposes only. We highly value the traditions of cultures around the globe, and we share our products with the intention of helping others seek comfort in life, but we are not medical professionals and do not claim to be.

12. CRYSTALS SAFETY DISCLAIMER

(Crystals, mugs, and bottles are of course safe to consume from given proper cleaning methods.)

We cannot be held responsible in the case of ingestion, accidental or otherwise, of any products sold here. In this case, always seek the attention of licensed medical professionals immediately. We are not trained medical professionals and therefore can be of limited assistance in such cases.
