Choose from one of the seven chakras.

Seven main chakras run along your spine. They start at the base and extend all the way to the top of your head. These are called the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakras. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.

How To Use
Place the bare end of a stick in the hole at one end of the ash catcher. Let go and make sure it balances on its own at 45-degree angle. Light the top of the stick until it flames. Once the tip is flowing, carefully blow out the flames. Smoke should follow. Keep the air as still as possible for the best results.
