About

Originally from Barcelona, Eva has been living in Galway since 2014.

Eva has over 25 years experience in the education sector as a community worker, working with social exclusion groups, developing and facilitating International Exchange Projects for the “European Youth Programme” and Humanitarian Projects in Europe and Asia. She has been on her own path of personal and spiritual growth through psychotherapy and energy work with her Master Carmen Sebastián.

She earned the IITD Professional Practice Certificate in Training & Development, Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Organizations, and a double Master, Expertise in Coaching and Holistic Psychology. She also earned the Certificate in Deep Tissue Massage therapist, I am a Melchizedek Method Practitioner (Level IV), the QT(Level 1) and Vibrational Therapist course. At the moment, she is coursing my 3rd year in B.A. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy at Ichass (Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences) in Limerick.

Eva is a Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner, member of the Reiki Federation Ireland. She assists people in growing emotionally (Emotional Intelligence) by teaching them emotional concepts to relate better with themselves and with their environment (family, friends, work).

Emotional Therapy — Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand and manage our own emotions and recognize, understand and influence the emotions of others.
Inner Child — The Inner Child is the result of experiences from the moment of conception; the basis of our emotional life is formed through memories in childhood.
Reiki — A Reiki treatment is a very relaxing, non-invasive procedure that helps us to unblock and restore the correct flow of our Vital Energy, Ki.

Personal Growth & Self-Development

Eva supports groups of individuals, companies, and even schools to grow emotionally to relate better with themselves and with their environment.. Emotional intelligence developed during our childhood plays an important role in our development as adults. Identifying and managing our emotions can help us to live a healthy and safe emotional life.

The workshops focus on group practice as a place for Personal Growth, emphasising the “now”. The process is directed towards self-knowledge, self-satisfaction, and self-support. It is designed to empower the individual to take ownership of their feelings, actions, and equipping them with the tools to integrate this self- awareness into their day to day actions.

Reiki Training Courses

Reiki is a technique that can be learned by anyone, as it does not need any requirement. It is a powerful healing tool that can be used as a method of treatment with ourselves and others, which will lead us to an important path of internal reconnection, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Eva trains in Reiki level 1, 2, and 3 and Reiki Master.
