Rose Quartz is usually referred to as the “love crystal” and is part of the Quartz family of crystals and gemstones. When tumbled, Rose Quartz ranges from a very soft pink to a deeper pink. In its natural form, it appears to sparkle and can be somewhat translucent when held in Sunlight. There are often veins of lighter Rose Quartz which appear almost white.

Face rollers are used to gently massage the face and stimulate the lymphatic system to decrease puffiness, ease tension, and stimulate blood flow, which in turn increases your skin’s natural glow. Plus, the soothing effects of face rolling are shown to lower cortisol levels, which can contribute to wrinkles and fine lines.

How to Use
#1. Cleanse and Tone — It’s best to use your face roller on clean skin. If you use toner, apply it after cleansing. Also  , make sure to clean your hands and the tool itself. A drop of cleanser and water are all you need.
#2. Apply a Facial Oil or Lotion — Place a generous amount of face oil to your face, neck, and chest. Oil will help the tool glide more easily, but if you prefer a cream or water-based lotion that is ok. Just note that you may need to reapply more throughout the process.
#3. Use the Face Roller — Holding the tool at a 30 to 45-degree angle, very gently roll one end of the roller across your skin. You can use the picture provided as a general guide. As a rule, all movements should be upward and follow lymphatic flow. Repeat each movement three to five times before moving onto the next area of your skin. You can focus on your jawline, cheeks, forehead, under-eye, brows, and crow’s feet. Use the larger roller for broader areas like the cheeks, and the smaller roller for smaller areas like the under-eye.
