Obsidian Wolf
The wolf is often seen as a spiritual guide, a companion on our personal journey of self-discovery, and our place in the world. Like the wolf howling at the moon, we are all called to express our inner truth and to follow our personal path with courage and determination.
Obsidian is a volcanic glass that forms naturally. It comes from the rapid cooling of felsic lava. Obsidian is naturally black in color and has a glassy texture and a vitreous luster. There are several shades of Obsidian including rainbow, snowflake, gold, and mahogany. Obsidian is hard and brittle and was commonly used for tools. The meaning of Obsidian is safety and grounding. Black Obsidian is as dark as night and is a powerful tool for those seeking protection, grounding, deep-set healing, and tearing the fabric of falsity to find the truth.
