Description

Rudraksha Mala Bracelet

A Mala bracelet is a string of beads that can be used for counting mantras or worn as a meaningful, daily reminder that stays with you throughout the day. They are sometimes referred to as a Buddhist bracelet and can be made out of traditional Rudraksha beads or crystal. The Sanskrit word Rudraksha means “Tears of Rudra” (Lord Shiva) and are said to bring about an extra strong connection to the Hindu God Shiva.

To use, simply hold your Mala in your right hand, draped between your middle and index fingers. Starting at the guru bead, use your thumb to count each smaller bead, pulling it toward you as you recite your mantra. Do this 108 times, traveling around the mala, until you once again reach the guru bead.
