Buddha Feng Shui Bell

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese art of arranging buildings, objects, and space in an environment to achieve harmony and balance. The name means “the way of wind and water.” It has roots in early Taoism but is still popular today, having spread throughout China and even to Western cultures. Feng Shui is based on the idea that all objects harness energy. Therefore, the way you arrange furniture in your house or jewellery on your body can impact how you feel. Practitioners believe that balancing opposing but complementary energies increases the flow of good energy to generate good health, improved relationships, luck, and prosperity.

Thai Buddhas are famous all around the globe for their peaceful and serene facial structure. Though they may have been originally created as an object of worship for Thai people, Thai Buddhas are generally taken as great subjects for spreading Buddha’s teachings. They are not only designed to represent the Buddha’s physical traits but his message and teachings too.

Bells can be used for a number of reasons, both in everyday and spiritual practices. Bells can be placed on doors to welcome in guests, or, according to some beliefs, rung at thresholds to ward off evil spirits. They can be used as sound therapy to clear a room’s energy and at the start of a meditation to call in peace and focus, or simply hung in an open window for pleasant background noise. Traditionally, bells were used to mark special occurrences, so the next time you surpass a life goal or even just make it through a difficult day, try ringing a bell to celebrate the occasion!
