Shipping Info
Because we are a small business with a tiny but determined team, we process and ship online orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. We’ll let you know via email once it’s been shipped and include tracking information if applicable. (Please expect further delays during our Christmas season!)
Please note that all shipping estimates (time frames & cost) are subject to change depending on many variables. The most appropriate shipping option and corresponding cost will always be calculated at check out.
At this time, we can only offer shipping within the Republic of Ireland.
Shipping Options
- Standard Post with An Post — Approx. 1-2 working days. Tracking info not provided. Recommended for small orders (i.e., loose crystals, incense, sage, etc). This service operates Mon–Sat only.
- Registered Post with An Post — Approx. 1-2 working days. Tracking info provided. Recommended for medium & large orders (i.e., special crystals, tarot, bulk orders, etc). This service operates Mon–Sat only.
- Local Pick-Up (FREE!) — Galway only. Once you’ve received an email saying your order is ready for collection, drop in to our store on Mary Street whenever you’re free, and your order will be waiting for you!
- FREE Shipping — All orders over €60 qualify for free national shipping as Registered Post with An Post.
Communications
You should always receive communication from us throughout the duration of your order.
After your confirmation of an order email, please keep an eye on your inbox for an “Order Processed” email. Depending on your shipping method, this means that your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.
- Orders shipped by Standard Post will not receive any further emails.
- Orders shipped by Registered Post will receive an additional email about a “Note” added to your order. This is where you can find your tracking information. In addition to this, you should also continue to receive communications directing from An Post regarding your delivery.
- Orders done by Local Pick-Up will receive an additional email confirming that their order is ready for collection.
If you are not receiving any communications at all, please check your spam or blocked inboxes.
FAQ
What if I change my mind after I’ve ordered?
Once your order has been shipped, it will not be possible to change anything about your order, including the shipping method. Please make sure everything is as you’d like it to be before placing your order to ensure everything goes smoothly. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further questions about our Refund Policy.
What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?
Your billing address should be the address associated with your card and/or bank, while the shipping address should always be where you would like us to ship to. Please note: If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we will always ship to the shipping address provided, so please make sure this address is correct before placing your order.
What if I haven’t got my order yet? Can I get a refund?
If you haven’t received your order by the end of the expected time frame, please allow up to an extra week for the matter to be resolved, as there are always unexpected delays in the world of post. If possible, please keep us updated throughout the process. We’ll be happy to help in whatever way we can.

What if my items arrive broken?
Holistic Products Ireland makes diligent effort to wrap, package, and ship every order as safely as possible. However, if an item/items arrives damaged or there is some form of discrepancy, we will make every effort to resolve the problem in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. In this case, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. You will likely be asked to provide pictures of the broken item(s) before a return/refund will be offered.

What if something goes wrong during shipping?
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong during the shipping process. While we do everything we can to ensure your order’s safe arrival, it is ultimately the shipping company (An Post, etc) that will be responsible for your delivery. Should any question or concern arise, please feel free to reach out to us, but know that there’s a chance the shipping company may be able to help more than we can.
